This project is focused on constructing eight schools in different villages across the Manyara region of Tanzania.The primary goal is to increase access to education for Masai girls in these areas. Additionally, the project will be providing support through scholarship programs for 5000 Masai girls in the Manyara region.It will also be supplying essential school materials and hygiene kits to ensure that the Masai girls have everything they need to thrive in their educational journey.
1.Lack of access to education: Masai girls in this community are denied the opportunity to pursue an education, which limits their chances of a better future. 2.Early marriage: Girls as young as 9 years old are forced into marriage with much older men, perpetuating a cycle of poverty and inequality. 3.Patriarchal system: The community operates under patriarchal system where girls and women have title to no say in decision-making processes. 4.Female genital mutilation 5.Limited opportunities

Education program: Implement a comprehensive education program that provides Masai girls with access to quality education, including building schools, scholarships,Vocational training and mentorship opportunities. 2. Community awareness: Raise awareness about the harmful effects of early marriage, FGM, and gender inequality. 3.Health and hygiene initiatives: Distribute sanitary pads, mattresses, and other essential hygiene products
