Through books we are promoting sustainable development in marginalized rural areas of western Zimbabwe. Having created mini learning classes within villages we supply reading and writing materials.The village based tutors help vulnerable children read and learn. During days when formal schools are open we hold village classes during weekends. To enhance our theory of change we also have online classes. Mostly the content include child rights, conservation, basic mathematics and basic English.
Our impact in some instances is curtailed by cellular network problems, expensive airtime and the lack of interest on the part of some parents. To promote sustainable development we aim to change mindsets.We have realized that without mindsets being changed society can never be changed.Our stakeholders' and door to door campaigns are intended for the creation of the right foundation.
