Spanish food restaurant & hotel near the beach LONG BEACH HOUSE
We want to change the stricken area into the place with lots of people and their smile.
On March 14th in 2015, we opened new institution “Long Beach House” that has a Spanish restaurant using foods in Ishinomaki and also has opportunity to encounter lots of people from all over Japan.
People can eat, drink, spend great time, learn and encounter lots of people there.
We want people from not only Japan but also all over the world to enjoy with local people.
So far, 2312 customers have visited us. We will plan many events in addition to running the restaurant in order to make people enjoy.
---Main activity for recovering Ishinomaki area from March to October---
Held a lecture to tell the status quo in Ishinomaki
Had an event for young people who are eager to excite people by musid
Had a tour called “a trial of fixed shore net fishing method, cleaning the coast with Ishinomakikai Sakura and barbecue tour”
Had a “radiation measurement work shop” as an opportunity to reevaluate safety of foods.
Joined PHOTONOMAKI FESTIVAL2015 and Exhibiting works of Mariko Tagashira at Long Beach House’s restaurant
Setting up a stall at Tabimatsuri festival in Odaiba, Tokyo. It was a chance for people to know Ishinomaki and Long Beach House
Had an event “a plaza of toy building block of forest ” for kids. 30 families participated in.
