In this year, several activities were carried out in the different projects, such as the mushroom fungus module in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, in the Yo’onik Educational Center and with the Digna Ochoa Human Rights Center, reconstruction of schools.
The first step was the distribution of resources, knowing how much was available and how much each project needed to follow up. Visits were made, for example, in the Educational Center Yo´onik we saw remodeled spaces, where girls and boys already attend to take classes.
This is important so that children can take their classes more comfortably and safely. In the case of the seta fungus module, little construction is needed. With this resource they have received, it will be ready for the production activities to continue. The visits made to the projects are to see the progress of the reconstruction. The most important thing is to see the satisfaction of those involved in these earthquake damage compensation spaces.
