Thanks to your support, Potomac River Clinic has made meaningful progress in expanding access to timely hearing care for infants and families across the Washington, DC region.
When we launched this GlobalGiving project, our goal was to help close a critical gap in care for children who might otherwise face long delays in receiving diagnostic services and early intervention. Your generosity helped us provide timely Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing for infants regardless of insurance status or the family’s ability to pay.
Over the past year, demand for these services has continued to grow. Since January 2026 alone, our team has completed 26 infant ABRs while maintaining an average wait time of less than eight days.
Support from this project has also helped us strengthen relationships with hospitals, pediatricians, and community providers, improving referral pathways and helping more families connect with the services they need.
We are incredibly grateful to the donors who have contributed to this work. Your support helped remove barriers that can delay critical services for families.
With your help, Potomac River Clinic will continue providing diagnostic and early intervention services, building community partnerships, and expanding access to timely hearing care for families across the region.
Thank you for being part of this project and for helping us reach more families.
