Moving forward

By PM | Project Leader

Dear friends and donors,

Thank you for your trust and unwavering support. Your financial backing, especially in these challenging times, is the bedrock of our work. We understand that there are countless worthy initiatives and needs, and we are deeply honored that you have chosen to support us. Your contribution is not just a donation but a vital part of our success, and we cannot thank you enough.

I am thrilled to share that we have successfully started the 2024-2025 school year, providing classroom-based psychoeducational programs and diagnostic and therapy services for children and adolescents with autism.

Building the skills and strategies that those with autism need to become independent and autonomous facilitates their integration. It promotes the productivity and well-being of their families and all those involved in their education.

In addition, we continue collaborating with a university and several mainstream schools, training and empowering their educators to adopt a different approach and mindset to include neurodiverse people within their classrooms and organizations.

Adopting a new mindset and developing new strategies is a win-win situation for educators and professionals who work with children with autism, their neurodiverse peers, and their neurotypical peers. It improves interactions and learning environments, leading to significant progress in fostering integration awareness and coping strategies. Today, one in seven people is considered neurodiverse.

This year's goals are to serve 650 families directly, train at least 100 educators in five schools, and create neurodiversity awareness within many other educational institutions. The population positively impacted will amount to hundreds of kids and young adults within these educational communities.

We are inspired and motivated to continue sharing our expertise in promoting inclusion and providing families access to our services.

Our commitment to our mission remains unwavering despite political uncertainty and dire economic conditions. We are fully aware of the significant and additional challenges that await us. Still, we are resolute in our dedication to promoting a more inclusive society and serving those in need.

Your continued support gives us the strength to face these challenges head-on, and we are determined to make a difference. Thank you.
