Grateful beyond words

By Staff | Autismo En Voz Alta

Dear friends and donors,

Thank you for trusting us. We are deeply grateful for your unwavering support. We know many initiatives and needs are worthy of support, yet you chose us, and no words are enough to express our gratitude.

I am thrilled to share the positive impact of our recent collaboration with a university and a youth organization involving more than 40 educators. As a result, many within those organizations today benefit from a different approach and mindset to coping with neurodiversity.

Building skills and strategies is a win-win situation for educators and professionals who work with children with autism, their neurodiverse peers, and their neurotypical peers. It improves everyone's well-being, interactions, and learning environments, leading to significant progress in fostering integration awareness and coping strategies.

This success has the potential for even more outstanding achievements in the future. We are inspired and motivated to continue sharing our expertise in promoting inclusion and providing families access to our services.

In addition, the school year of our classroom-based psychoeducational program ended successfully. We have received highly positive feedback from families and employees, which is a testament to the magnificent performance of the new generation of leaders and teachers who took on the challenge. One hundred twenty-seven kids benefited. Our diagnostic and therapy services continue to grow in reach as well.

When children with autism become more independent and autonomous, it positively impacts their family and community dynamics. By the end of the school year, we served 590 families directly.

Despite the country's prevailing political uncertainty and dire economic conditions, we are resolute in our mission. We are fully aware of the significant challenges that await us. Still, we are unwavering in our commitment to serve an increasing number of children and adolescents with autism and their families. We are determined to expand our programs and make a difference.

Your continued support gives us the strength to face these challenges head-on. Our financial needs are ever-increasing, and your financial support is crucial in ensuring these families' access to education.

I hope you are as inspired by our progress as I am. We feel privileged to have you by our side. Please consider making a recurring donation. It would help us immensely in planning and providing our services.

Marianella, on behalf of the Autismo en Voz Alta team
