This program, which has been instrumental in providing valuable training and job opportunities to those who have been unemployed for an extended period, is now expanding to offer even more support through the introduction of day activity programs.

Learn and Work Program: A Pathway to Employment

For many, the Learn and Work program is a vital stepping stone back into the workforce. Over the course of a year, participants receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to secure employment. Our efforts have helped many participants transition into stable jobs, allowing them to contribute positively to their families and the community.

However, we recognize that traditional employment is not always a viable option for everyone. Some individuals face unique challenges that require a different approach. To address this, we are excited to introduce day activity programs as an extension of our Learn and Work initiatives.

These day activity positions provide a structured environment where participants can engage in meaningful work, develop their skills further, and continue to be part of the Green Phenix community.
