Unfortunately, in November we stopped the construction works due to the heavy rains: in South East Asia the climate change strongly affects poor people.
In these months it has been impossible to reach the works sites because there were extend flooding areas to cross. We hope in February to restart the activities.We are waiting for the weather get better and easy to transfer the constructions materials.
I'm planning to do a mission in the Philippines on February 15th to check the conditions and evaluate how to plan next steps.
