Dear Supporters,
Our Diabetes Care & Medication Support Program is focused on improving access to essential care and medications for individuals living with diabetes, particularly those in low-income and underserved communities. Many patients struggle with the ongoing cost of insulin, testing supplies, routine check-ups, and healthy management support, which can lead to serious complications when treatment is interrupted.
Through this initiative, we are helping patients access essential medications and basic diabetes care support to improve disease management and overall quality of life. These efforts are reducing complications and supporting healthier, more stable living for affected individuals.
With ongoing donations received, we are able to extend support to more patients and strengthen continuity of care. We remain committed to improving chronic disease management and supporting vulnerable communities. Thank you for helping ensure that no one faces cancer alone.
