The Covid-19 has been spreading fearlessly in Italy and Specchio dei tempi actively helping. We have donated machineries and equipment to hospitals and delivered grocery bags with food and products to the elderly and single moms, donating tablets to keep the children in school and giving out sanitizing kits to the structures. In addition we have just launched a new tender to support small businesses in Venice and help them get back on track. Help us obstructing Covid-19 and suppor those in need.
The Covid-19 virus has spread in the Italian territory, leading to a high number of cases and, following the lockdown, it has had a severe impact on the economy. Cities were shut down, with schools closed and hospitals completely full. As a consequence, not all lives can be saved and many people and businesses in economical difficulties are struggling even more.
HOSPITALS: Hospitals have been equipped with machinery and PPE materials. SCHOOLS: The long-distance teaching program connects teachers and students in order to allow their education not to be interrupted: tablets have been handed out to the needy families and the kits allows them to come back to a clean and safe environment. POVERTY: grocery bags have been handed out to thousands of elderly and families in need. We are now helping small business who are struggling by launching tenders.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE: In the first 100 days we have helped health structures to deal with the emergency, families and students to keep up with school, elderly and poor families with food and economical support. WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW: we are currently focusing on helping small businesses to overcome the economic crisis lead by the sanitary emergency. Our economic and material also support goes to lonely elderly, poor single-parent households and disadvantaged children.
