This project is developed from the purchase of a house, for the operation of the center for children care. The center will benefit in feed, psycosocial attention and education to more than 300 children in vulnerability, need and poverty status, in order to improve their quality of life.
Currently in the city of Cartagena de Indias Colombia, coverage in comprehensive care for children is low, which affects the psychosocial bio development of this population, manifested in an increase in the rate of malnutrition, deficiency in the development of cognitive, affective and social skills. Part of the origin of this problem is the lack of appropriate spaces for the comprehensive care of this population.
The purchase of a house for the operation of the center for children care will help children in feed, psycosocial attention and education. Also in the initial education, skills and talent development, recreation, care and nutrition, in the context of comprehensive care, through pedagogical actions, as well as the promotion of health rights, protection and participation, all this, added to the donation of feeding kits, and scholar kits, in order to promote their integral development.
Through the purchase of a house for the operation of the center for children care, more than 300 children in vulnerability, need and poverty status will be benefited. All this in order to improve their quality of life.
