Natural hazards and disasters are a common scenario in the coastal area of Bangladesh, where thousands of people lose their assets and lead a miserable life. But Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is a small local leading organization in Bangladesh. With the help of some donors, BEDS is leading a disaster-ready community where every person is aware of preparedness and mitigation strategies for hazards and disasters. Thinking about in the long run, a strong community is being prepared by BEDS for managing the local disaster-prone area.
BEDS want to do these activity all over the coastal area of the country, and for this reason need to the support of all friends and well-wishers.
