Maturapur Jelepolly, Munshiganj, Shyamnagar, Satkhira people are suffering a lot due to heavy rain in this week. The water level increases alarmingly up to the road level and the sometimes exits the road height. Most of the houses of this community stay near the river and more rising of water level can cause erosion of their floor and eventually damage furniture and properties. The people of Mathurapur Jelepolly are living in fear of unwanted flood. From the beginning of monsoon they were suffering of drought but recently heavy rainfall at the end of the monsoon giving warning of a dangerous flood.
