Mama Simba and the women of Kimbobolo Village in Madimba province in Democratic Republic of Congo are interviewed around the new water pump in this 2.51 minute video. They are keen to share how their lives have improved with this new service to provide clean water to those living in the area.
The patients at the CEDERI Madimba Health Centre, which serves a high number of mothers and babies, are also much better off with a source of clean water. This will will improve the health conditions of all those who use the clinic and work there.
Thanks to over 100 donors like you, we have helped CEDERI Madimba, a Congolese NGO, provide clean water to 4,250 villagers and and the local Health Centre which is operated by the NGO. We are happy to announce that on January 1, 2017 the pump was installed and the water is now flowing to those who need it.
