Our Chronic Illness Treatment Assistance Program is focused on supporting individuals living with long-term health conditions such as cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, and heart-related illnesses. Many patients with chronic conditions face ongoing financial challenges related to medications, regular hospital visits, diagnostic tests, and continuous care, which can affect treatment adherence and overall health outcomes.
Through this initiative, we are providing assistance to help patients access consistent treatment and essential healthcare services. These efforts improve disease management, reduce complications, and enhance the quality of life for affected individuals.
With ongoing donations received, we are able to extend support to more patients and strengthen continuity of care across multiple health conditions.
