ASUSTEM ROBOTICS – 4TH QUARTER STEM IMPACT REPORT
Period: October – December 2025
Total Beneficiaries Impacted: 2,500 (Short and Long Term)
Overview
During the fourth quarter of 2025, Asustem Robotics continued to make significant strides in advancing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education across Ghana. Through our flagship “Catch Them Young” initiative, we empowered young learners with the knowledge, creativity, and practical skills essential for future innovation and technology-driven careers.
Key Achievements
Beneficiary Impact
Over 2,500 young people benefited directly and indirectly from our STEM training programs and workshops.
Beneficiaries gained exposure to robotics, coding, AI literacy, and engineering design principles, helping nurture early interest in STEM careers.
Catch Them Young Project
Implemented more community-based STEM workshops and school trainings across multiple regions, including:
Tamale
Sehwi Wiawso
Tarkwa
Kumasi
Accra
Nsawam
Pokuase
Achimota
These workshops equipped learners with hands-on learning experiences in robotics, electronics, and digital creativity, strengthening foundational STEM knowledge in underserved communities.
Strategic Partnerships
Strengthened collaborations with the Lenovo Foundation and Telecel Foundation to expand access to quality STEM education and digital tools.
These partnerships have been pivotal in shaping and preparing the next generation of innovators, particularly in schools with limited access to modern learning resources.
Challenges
The primary challenge encountered during this quarter was project financing. Sustaining and scaling STEM education programs requires continuous financial support to procure training materials, robotics kits, and digital learning resources. Limited funding constraints affected our capacity to reach more communities and expand ongoing programs.
Call to Action
Asustem Robotics is making an open call for corporate partners, donors, and global development organizations to join us in transforming the future of STEM education in Africa. With your support, we can continue:
Expanding our outreach to rural and underserved areas,
Providing cutting-edge STEM resources and mentorship, and
Empowering the next generation of African innovators and problem-solvers.
Conclusion
This quarter’s impact reaffirms our commitment to inspiring innovation through education. We are proud of the progress made and optimistic about the future as we continue to shape young minds and build a sustainable STEM ecosystem across Ghana and beyond.
