Challenge

Students in public senior high schools often choose subjects, courses, or career paths without adequate information or support. Limited access to career counselors and role models leads to poor career decisions, unemployment, and underemployment after school.

Solution

The project will deliver career guidance workshops, mentorship sessions, and career talks for 150 senior high students. Participants will receive information on career options, subject selection, vocational and tertiary pathways, and employability skills, while professionals and mentors will share real-world experiences to help students plan their futures.

Long-Term Impact

Students will make better-informed education and career choices, increasing their chances of employment, further education, and long-term economic stability. The project will also help reduce youth unemployment and improve workforce readiness in the community.
