Hola!

Hello!
We love to get in touch with you to tell you what we are doing thanks to your support.
During the last 3 months we were working again with our program "No 2 are alike" and many more children started to enjoy the workshops in official schools of the city. By the end of the year we will have reached 50 new educational institutions, formed 250 new Inclusion Promoters and 8500 children will have participated in the workshops.
As every year during the month of March on the occasion of World Down Syndrome Day, we carry out various activities: an orientation conference for families affiliated with our foundation, a training session for educators and we distribute our book of myths in different schools and shopping centres.
The month of April was loaded with multiple training workshops for educators, early childhood agents and professionals and as usual every month, we continue with our early care group sessions.
But undoubtedly the participation of our affiliates in the Barranquilla Half Marathon deserves a prominent place in our report, since with this type of events we are slowly achieving that people with Down syndrome are taken into account to participate in the conventional spaces.
To finish we want to tell you that we are very excited because we started a customer service course in partnership with the Itsa university, with which our members are training to give us support during the Ibero-American Congress on Down syndrome that we are organizing for the year 2019.
We want to invite you to follow us along this path where together we will achieve a more inclusive community.
