Since our last progress report, we are happy to report that the construction of the Assistive Device Innovation and Training Center in Kamangu, Kiambu County, has continued efficiently and according to schedule.
The construction activities that were previously underway, including the roofing slab and subsequent works, have now been completed As we submit this report, all the activities listed have been complted save for part of the last activity which is underway.

The contractor has continued to work efficiently, maintaining the agreed construction schedule and adhering to the required quality standards.
We are encouraged by the progress made so far and remain confident that the facility can be completed within the planned timeframe. To avoid delays, SEP is actively mobilizing resources to finance the remaining construction works.
We are deeply grateful for the support received toward this important initiative. The completion of the Center will significantly strengthen SEP’s ability to produce affordable, customized assistive devices and provide caregivers and professionals with practical training, ultimately improving access to essential disability services for children and families across Kenya.
