1. Developing collective leadership by investing in promising 60 teachers of primary levels. 2. Equipping targeted teachers with the necessary skills, and knowledge on 5 modules "PSS, Inclusion, life skills, STEAM and Digitalization. 3. Provide regular coaching and follow up. 4. Improving the classroom environment of 30 schools in marginalized areas.
Palestinian children, particularly in marginalized communities, still struggle to access quality education due to challenges like insufficient teacher capacity, outdated teaching methods, inadequate psychosocial support, and poorly equipped schools. Reports from the Palestinian MoE highlight an urgent need for ongoing teacher professional development to improve foundational skills, and create a generation equipped to tackle social and environmental issues, and drive sustainable development.
TFP attract exceptional teachers who aspire to develop their leadership, competencies to generate positive change and bridge the educational inequality gaps at their schools. We train our teachers on 5 high need topics " PSS, Inclusion, Life skills, STEAM and digitalization" so they can promote quality education for all children that allows them to develop their potential to the fullest.
Impact: TFP contributes to transforming the educational system by provide high quality education and ensures access to safe, inclusive, attracting schools for all children in Palestine especially those in underprivileged areas. Long-Term Vision: TFPalestine envisions a future where innovative teaching methods are standard practice in education, resulting in a more inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education system that prepares students for success in an ever-evolving world.
