The Background and Problem

During these COVID times, children under Institutional care are more vulnerable with very limited or nearly no means to access anything outside their respective homes. They do not even have access to basic information or entertainment. This second lockdown is proving to be even more stressful for children as they have been disconnected from regular school and other activities for over a year.

As an emergency response we launched the Digital Engagement Program last year to keep the children engaged and entertained. We have successfully been enable to digitally equip the 87 homes we support so that children can access some form of education or entertainment.

The Virtual Summer Camp is just that. We will be conducting a series of Virtual session with talented professionals in the space of education, entertainment, creativity, storytelling to create a space of learning and recreation for the children.
