Our flagship Play & Excel Initiative is experiencing unprecedented growth. Word is spreading across Kaduna, and more girls from underserved communities are turning up every week, eager to be empowered through sport, education, and mentorship.
With over 30 new girls joining us in the last quarter alone, our family has grown significantly, bringing both huge inspiration and increased responsibility to ensure every participant receives full support, equipment, and guidance.
Expanded enrollment means increased logistical needs, from additional sports kits and nutrition to expanded transport arrangements from various locations.
Invitations to Mini-Leagues: Thanks to their dedication and rising skill levels, our teams are now receiving invitations to compete in regional mini-leagues! Competing publicly builds unmatched confidence, sportsmanship, and visibility for these young girls.
Holistic Life Skills & Etiquette: Our weekend sessions continue to integrate structured workshops focusing on etiquette, self-presentation, communication, leadership, and personal hygiene.
50 Academic Scholarships: Education remains our bedrock. We continue to support 50 of our girls with full academic scholarships, keeping them in school and focused on their long-term goals.
STEM: 2 girls received laptops donated for their outstanding grades, an incentive to aim higher.
