Dear friend,
During this reporting period, Ready Aiders Foundation has continued to use Autism Champions for Climate to promote inclusion, environmental responsibility, and the meaningful participation of autistic children and young people.
This project continues to challenge the idea that persons with disabilities are only recipients of support. Through tree planting, environmental activities, community engagement, and nature-based experiences, autistic children and youth are given opportunities to participate, contribute, and build a stronger sense of belonging and purpose.
We have also continued to raise awareness about the important connection between inclusive communities, access to green spaces, and the well-being of children with disabilities.
With your continued support, we hope to expand our climate activities, reach more autistic children and young people, involve more families and schools, and create even more opportunities for participants to take visible leadership roles in environmental action.
We are truly grateful to our GlobalGiving friends and supporters for helping us build a future where disability inclusion and climate action go hand in hand.
Yours in Empowerment,
Kenneth Apopa
