Dear Supporters,
We trust this message reaches you in great spirits. Today, we are pleased to provide a fresh update on our ongoing efforts to acquire an ambulance for the Sichili Mission Hospital, a vital healthcare provider for the Mulobezi District in Zambia.
Progress Update:
The journey towards acquiring a Toyota Land Cruiser ambulance continues to gain momentum. With your generous contributions and additional support from external donors, we are steadily closing the gap toward our financial target. While challenges remain, particularly in raising the final portion of the funds, we are optimistic about reaching our goal.
What’s New:
In the past months, we’ve intensified our efforts to highlight the urgency of this project. Collaborations with local partners and broader outreach have allowed us to secure alternative funding sources. Additionally, we have engaged with community leaders in Mulobezi to ensure the smooth implementation of the ambulance once procured.
Why This Matters Now More Than Ever:
Emergencies such as childbirth complications, road accidents, and severe illnesses often demand immediate attention. In these scenarios, the absence of reliable transportation can be the difference between life and death. With over 10,000 individuals relying on the Sichili Mission Hospital, the introduction of an ambulance will transform healthcare delivery in the region, providing timely and effective care for those in need.
What’s Next:
As we approach the final phase of fundraising, our focus remains on:
How You Can Help:
Your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of our progress. Together, we are not just purchasing an ambulance; we are providing hope, health, and life to a community in need.
Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for being part of this transformative journey.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Braulio Otárola Rojas
