At Salam Humanitarian Foundation, we believe that every act of compassion is a beacon of hope. This month, thanks to your continued support, our field teams were able to distribute comprehensive food baskets to dozens of vulnerable families in displacement camps and hard-to-reach areas of Northwest Syria.
These distributions were not merely logistical operations — they were messages of solidarity. Each food basket delivered was filled with essential items such as rice, lentils, oil, flour, sugar, and canned goods — enough to sustain a family for up to one month. But beyond the ingredients, each basket symbolized hope, dignity, and compassion.
“You are not alone; we are here, always by your side.”
Our team members reported how these deliveries brought not only relief but also emotional uplift to families who have been navigating months of hardship and food insecurity. Children greeted our teams with smiles; parents shared stories of how this support gave them strength to carry on.
Key Highlights:
Food baskets distributed: 465
Families reached: 465
Locations covered: Idlib countryside, Aleppo outskirts
Special focus: Widowed mothers, elderly caregivers, and persons with disabilities.
Each distribution was carried out with full respect for local dignity and humanitarian standards — ensuring fairness, safety, and transparency throughout.
What's Next?
We are preparing for our next round of distributions in coordination with camp leaders and local councils, prioritizing newly displaced families and underserved communities.
With your continued generosity, we can keep delivering more than food — we can deliver hope, stability, and human dignity.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we make sure that no one is forgotten.
With gratitude,
