To celebrate National Science Day (Feb. 28th), volunteers from Dell helped the children of Vilankurichi, High School teach their peers the joy of science.
28 children the school learnt how to explain basic science concepts through simple, low-cost models. 25 volunteers from Dell learnt how these models worked and in turn worked with children of Vilankurichi. On the day of the science fair, it was the children who ran the show!
With volunteers ready to support them, children explained the science models to the rest of their school (in many case, students of higher classes) spreading the wonders of science to over 250 school-mates
A warm thank you to all the volunteers!
