Hola Aliad@s les saludo con mucha emoción,
En esta ocasión me gustaría compartirles que cada vez estoy muy sorprendida de los sabores que uno va conociendo y descubirendo en una regíon muy chica, como lo es Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca, Mexico. Siempre hemos considerado que la comida Oaxaqueña es un hito a nivel mundial y sus sabores son increibles pero si mas personas conocieran la de la región costa uff quedarian maravillados.
La nueva receta que conocimos es la que en una agencia de este municipio una familia hace este tipo de tamales que si bien ya conocemos los tamales de frijol que no son tan comunes, pues estos son de frijol tierno y envueltos en hoja de chicozapote que es algo totalmente fuera de lo habitual, una delicia totalmente.
Esto ademas de antojarlos es una invitación a conocer más de nuestra región y lo que tiene que ofrecer al mundo , que si no es muy bien conocida o turistica, alberga demaciadas cosas estupendas como su comida. Todo esto es posible y de una manera mas eficaz y responsable gracias a ti, ya que con tu donativo y la creación de estufas ecologicas las personas siguen cocinando sin tener tantas molestias por el humo o lo caliente que transmiten los comales habituales.

On this occasion I would like to share that every time I am very surprised by the flavors that one gets to know and discover in a very small region, such as Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca, Mexico. We have always considered that Oaxacan food is a landmark worldwide and its flavors are incredible, but if more people knew about the food from the coastal region, uff, they would be amazed.
The new recipe that we met is the one that in an agency of this municipality a family makes this type of tamales that although we already know the bean tamales that are not so common, because these are tender beans and wrapped in chicozapote leaf that is something totally out of the ordinary, totally delightful.
This, in addition to craving them, is an invitation to learn more about our region and what it has to offer the world, which if it is not very well known or touristic, houses too many great things like its food. All this is possible and in a more efficient and responsible way thanks to you, since with your donation and the creation of ecological stoves people continue cooking without having so much discomfort due to the smoke or the heat transmitted by the usual comales.
