This past month, LexCollective founding firm members Sok Sam Oeun and Monica Sok of Amrin Law and Consultants Group presented information related to survivor compensation utilizing cross-border and civil avenues. This was part of the Chap Dai Coalition legal aid network meeting on “Justice Accessibility and Compensation Fund within the Court Process in Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation Cases”with government, legal, national, sub-national, and civil society representatives. The Chab Dai Coalition is registered at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and has been implementing and collaborating with the Government of Cambodia for ending all forms of human trafficking and sexual exploitation in Cambodia and Regional countries. During the event, representatives presented on human trafficking and sexual exploitation issues, including challenges, resolutions, and recommendations.
As we near the end of 2024 and reflect on the accomplishments of this past year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your contribution and continued support!
