This project will support our children at Dayspring Home during Christmas. We will provide gifts, Christmas meal and clothing for all year round as well as decorations, a Christmas tree and lights. Our aim is to create a cosy and joyful atmosphere for the children at Dayspring to enjoy this special day as every child deserves.
There are currently 30 vulnerable children at Dayspring Home and Farm in Tamil Nadu, India. We work daily to support our children with food, education, medical assistance and care. With this project, we aim to continue our support also during Christmas by providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere at their Home.
We will provide nutritious food, clothing, gifts and decoration in order to support an healthy development of these children. Together we are ensuring a better future free from stigma and full of health and possibilities. It is with our sincerest gratitude that we thank you for giving to the children of India.
We are proud to say that many of our children have now grown up and have just graduated high school. 2 attend local colleges and 2 others have recently gained employment. The steady local reopening following a slow-down in COVID infections has allowed our children to resume schooling and to travel more freely after nearly two years of lockdown due to the pandemic COVID-19. With the generous support of our donors, we are able to ensure medical assessment, sustainable nutrition and social care.
