1200 girls of tribe are undergone Reproductive health training, Health counselling, Personnel hygiene and sanitation, stopping infections, and preventing unwanted pregnancies. Anemia testing, STI testing, nutrias and sanitation material are provided with these training enable on health, hospital going and RCH rights.
The adolescent tribe girls with Lack of knowledge on sanitation, hygienic, safe sex, unwanted pregnancy, infective disease, Anemia, uterus and breast cancers. Pregnancy and unsafe abortion is main cause for various health issues for adolescent girls. They are lack of nutrias and so anemia and STD exist. Not going to hospital and health centre that is causing various health issues. Not using napkins and other sanitation items that are causing hygienic problem and infective diseases.
Training Personnel hygienic, sanitation, napkins using, safe sex, unnecessary pregnancy and abortion, anemia, STD/RTI and HIV/AID will be discussed. Testing and referral for 1200 will be done. 1200 packages of Napkins and sanitary materials will be provided to them .
It is reducing health issue on tribe women and girls because provision and training will empower them. Child marriage is reduced. 50 percent girls are school going. Tribe women earn more after skill training. Every tribe family / women will be as motivated RCH components. All tribe girl and women are aware on Reproductive and Child health. These comprehensive activities will sustaining health on tribe girls and women
