Hola friends,
Muchisma gracias for donating towards helping the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation to bring fruit trees to the children and surrounding village of Casa Guatemala in Rio Dulce, Guatemala! Our friends at Casa Guatemala are working on surveying the community for a list of trees that are preferred by the locals. So far the list includes rambutan, naranjas (oranges), mango, mandarins, caimitos, jocote de mico, zapotes, and aguacates (avocados), and we will send along pictures and updates as we recieve them.
You may also be intersted in our programs in El Salvador, where we are working to plant 100,000 fruit trees over 10 years. 2018 is year SIX in this hard-working country, and we are so excited to keep moving forward.
Thank you again!
