A woman’s status in African societies is always brought down due to cultural beliefs and other misconceptions. That’s why we came up with a project of “working with women to help a child”. This isn’t helping the child alone, but developing homes, boosting incomes and aiding communities at large. We have tried to equip women with different skills and trainings that will motivate them to work harder and then be able to help in community development.
Teaching women how to save is what ANOTHER HOPE CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES has emphasized to the many women and young ladies that we are working with. This has proved to be beneficial to many individuals that have actively engaged in our programs. One of the women narrates in the video attatched
Thanks so much to all our sponsors for the great support you have given to change many lives of women and hence helping the children in their families access the basic needs of life. These women have learnt many skills such as home hygiene, food preparation, art and design, and life skills among others. You have made this possible through your support and AHCM Management with the women in Lukwanga Parish, Wakiso Sub-County, and Wakiso District are forever grateful. May the good Lord richly reward you.
