Greetings dear donor,
On August 10 2024, a devastating garbage landslide occurred in Kiteezi in Uganda, leaving many families displaced and in dire need of assistance. Our organization quickly responded to provide emergency aid, and we're grateful for the support we've received from donors like you.
Thanks to your generosity, we've been able to provide essential items like food, water, and shelter to affected families. However, despite our best efforts, we were unable to meet our funding goal before the project was retired.
Outstanding Needs:
We still require $1,500 to cover essential expenses, including:
1. Completing tent payments to provide shelter for displaced families
2. Medical care for those still undergoing treatment for injuries sustained during the landslide
Recurring Donor Recognition:
We'd like to extend special gratitude to our recurring donor who generously contributed $600. Your consistent support has made a significant impact on our relief efforts.
How You Can Continue to Help:
Although the project is retired, we still need your support to address the outstanding needs. Donations can be channeled through:

Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to providing the necessary aid to those affected by the Kiteezi garbage landslide. Thank you for your continued support and compassion.
Sincerely,
