As Program Lead - AAT, Cathy provides strategic co-steer on the USAID-funded project Assets, Agency and Trust in the Philippines and works closely with civil society actors to advance community-led approaches and community philanthropy in the country. She holds a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in social science major in behavioural studies from the University of the Philippines. Cathy is also a certified introvert, and despite believing in the beauty and poetry of learning and growing, she still has to understand Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
