Seema Kapoor

Seema is the UK Senior Programme and Consortium Manager co-leading the USAID-funded Assets, Agency and Trust programme in the Philippines, which works closely with local partners to advance community-led change and philanthropy. Previously, Seema worked on supporting community-led humanitarian innovation, focusing on putting people affected by crises at the center of humanitarian response. She also worked in global health, concentrating on sustainable solutions for micronutrient malnutrition and investing in research and community-led innovations for prevention of acute malnutrition. Seema has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Penn and a master’s degree in global health from London School of Economics. Outside of work, you can find Seema reading and baking with (and desperately running after) her toddler, traveling, and enjoying life with family and friends.
