Francis is a frustrated filmmaker turned development worker. As Project Officer of the Abot-kamay Community Solidarity Fund of the Assets, Agency, and Trust program, he engages directly with the community partners to support them in realizing their advocacies and community-led actions. Francis graduated from the AB Communication Arts program of De La Salle University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Community Development from the University of the Philippines. On his down time, he devours useless random facts on YouTube.
