In this world, women and girls (especially orphans) are deeply marginalized while some plants and animals are facing extinction. Hence the initiative is set to bring needed change. Its vision is "The world of high human dignity and well conserved wildlife." The missions are:- (1) To build the capacity of the poor to reduce poverty and improve their standards of living through income generating activities. (2) To raise people's knowledge about human rights, child rights and gender equality. (3) To conserve plants and animals. This is the reason why we have chosen to work in the rural district of Bunda Northern Tanzania since several of the villages in the district border the Serengeti national park where there is a diversity of wildlife.
