Mission

At Mi Valedor we believe in a more just society. We work with those left behind and give marginalized individuals and groups tools for a long-term social reintegration. Nobody deserves to live on the street, and everybody has a right to equal opportunities. Our mission is simple: provide poor and typically homeless people in Mexico City an opportunity to change their lives in a positive way through continuous training, workshops and an inclusive support network. We produce a bimonthly cultural magazine and run a website that forms part of the International Network of Street Papers (INSP).
