Te Aud Romania alongside our local rugby club is off to a great start in 2020! The 40 children within the programme have resumed school on the 13th January, after their winter holiday break.
At the back end of last year, December 2019, the additional 20 children admitted within the programme have met their mentors. We have had a mentor-mentee meeting that took place in Bucharest on the 19th December 2019. The children have been very excited of the trip and especially meeting their new friends.
We are now planning the next 6 months of personal development meetings and support.
We also have some great news - with more than 8 children from the programme being part of the National Romanian Rugby Team for Under 18. At the same time, some of them will take part in the European Rugby Championship U18, playing for Romania, in Kaliningrad, Russia in April 2020.
Great prospects are ahead of us and we are commited in supporting these children as much as we can so they can become the best versions of themselves.
We take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support. Together, we are making this world a better place!

By Gabriela - Project Leader
Personal development workbook
As promised we have launched our TAR Mentoring programme 2019/2020!
This fall brings us an additional 20 amazing rugby youngsters within the programme, supporting a total of 40 children.
We have extraordinary workshops, personal development classes and activities prepared for these children to support them throughout their education.....however, we cannot do this alone!
Together with the programme coordinator, we have met the children and already had our first personal development meeting!
At the same time, they are in the middle of the rugby competition season – already marking quite a few victories!
We need your support to turn their world around!
In the name of all of these amazing rugby champions, we thank you!

We are still a long way from achieving our goal of counselling for 300 children in Romania.
Following requests from schools in rural areas, the programme has been extended to offer group counselling on themes of interest to disadvanatged communities. We offer group counselling to children on Internet safety, violence, bullying and vocational and career orientation.
Efficiency is one of our main aims when leading this programme. Currently, we are in search of funding opportunities. This will enable us to admit more children for individual counselling within the programme and set us one step closer to our goal - communities with healthy children.
These children need our involvement, our care and our love! Help us lead them on their path to productive lives in the future.
In the name of the children we support, we thank you for your participation!
