Under Education, OBLF supports 135 schools, 140 community teachers and 10,700+ children across Anekal (Bengaluru), Yadgir and Raichur-bringing English Language Proficiency to primary and middle school children, quality subject teaching to secondary school students, and dignified employment to women from local communities, trained and deployed as teachers in rural schools. Since its inception in 2010, OBLF has supported 43,000+ children. Under Public Health, OBLF is making affordable healthcare accessible to a population of 3.5 million. We deliver Comprehensive Primary Healthcare, with a focus on Non-Communicable Diseases, Mental Health and Geriatric & Palliative Care. oblf.org OBLF provides accessible healthcare through Mobile Clinics and community-based outreach to some of the most marginalized and underserved populations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our interventions have helped reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses by ₹27,000 annually and helped stabilize 45% diabetes patients and 57% hypertension patients.
