The mission of Birth Matters Foundation is to advance equitable access to compassionate, evidence-based maternal and reproductive healthcare by supporting sustainable, midwifery-led models of care that empower women, strengthen families, and improve community health outcomes. Through partnership, education, and direct support of Costalegre Clinica de Maternidad, we work to ensure that all families-regardless of financial means-have access to respectful, high-quality care throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.
