World Vision is committed to bringing about sustainable change and increasing well-being for children and families in Albania. The participation of children and youth is at the heart of World Vision Albania's programs. More than simply creating space for them to express their ideas, participation means listening to them, engaging in meaningful dialogue with them, paying attention to their views, and taking action to address their concerns. Aiming to create an empowering environment that inspires and motivates children and youth, while designing better policies and programs to meet their needs, World Vision Albania is constantly proactive in taking actions to engage in constructive and ongoing dialogue with them, whether at the local or national level. For two years, World Vision Albania has had a Youth Advisory Board, which serves as a platform to express the needs, challenges, and vision of children and young people for their future and the country's.
