One Thread Collective empowers Wayuu women weavers with fair trade work opportunities, capacity-building programs, micro loans and community project seed funding. Our mission is to support Indigenous women in building more sustainable, resilient communities through self-determined pathways while honoring their ancestral tradition of weaving.
