Despite Aseel's diligent efforts to meticulously plan a program providing women with access to mentorship, guidance, and continuous training to enhance their skills and advance their careers, we face a significant challenge: insufficient funds to support fellows throughout their year-long employment.
The program aims to support Afghan women through two months of intensive learning, preparing them for a further ten months of impactful work on innovative initiatives while cultivating essential leadership skills in technology. At the program's conclusion, partners will have the opportunity to hire fellows as full-time team members.
Here are some achievements to date:
Your support is crucial in ensuring the success of this program. By donating, you'll directly contribute to the empowerment and advancement of Afghan women in the tech industry. Your generosity will enable us to provide comprehensive support to fellows, ensuring they receive the resources they need to thrive in their careers.
Additionally, this program offers a vital source of income for women who may not have the opportunity for in-person employment due to various constraints.
