In June last year, the Oir es Vivir Foundation moved to a new branch, making it easier for all our patients to get attention to hear. From this larger and more comfortable space, we managed to serve 3,112 people.
Added to these are the 2,119 patients we served in all our mobile programs; reaching a total of 5,231 people served last year, thanks to the work of our entire team and the constant support of all of you.
In addition to this, 1,865 examinations were performed in our clinic, which is also significant for us, because it evidences the fruits of our outreach work on preventive care.
Throughout these two years we have undertaken various projects, from visits to institutions and companies, to tours to remote places in the country; where we seek to reach a growing audience, to support people with limited resources, and foster an awareness of care and support around hearing health. Many of these goals have been achieved, but this is not the time to stop. In the new year, we come with new ideas and renewed enthusiasm to keep growing these numbers that are translated into transformed lives.
