The region in which we operate is characterized by numerous social challenges, including limited access to cultural, educational, and social offerings. There are also problems related to depopulation, an aging population, and difficulties in the labor market. Volunteering can be an effective tool in counteracting these phenomena, supporting the development of civic engagement and the integration of local communities. Our experience and discussions with experts indicate that volunteering can be a path to a better quality of life and building good relationships with others, as well as a good way to spend free time. Therefore, for many years, we have been consistently promoting volunteering as part of our activities. In June, we organized another edition of the volunteering film festival "Volunteering - That's What we talk about", through which young people talk about their activities and encourage participation in social initiatives. This event once again brought together passionate and committed young volunteers. Their creativity, energy, and openness give the festival its unique character. The youth actively participated in the activities, eagerly accepted challenges, and had a great time. It was a valuable and joyful time spent together. We're planning another edition of this event next year. However, to effectively promote these types of activities, we need your support.

Region, w którym dzialamy, charakteryzuje sie licznymi wyzwaniami spolecznymi, w tym ograniczonym dostepem do oferty kulturalnej, edukacyjnej i spolecznej. Wystepuja tu równiez problemy zwiazane z depopulacja, starzeniem sie spoleczenstwa oraz trudnosciami na rynku pracy. Wolontariat moze stanowic skuteczne narzedzie w przeciwdzialaniu tym zjawiskom, wspierajac rozwój aktywnosci obywatelskiej i integracje spolecznosci lokalnych. Z naszych doswiadczen oraz rozmów ze specjalistami wynika, ze wolontariat moze byc sposobem na lepsza jakosc zycia i budowanie dobrych relacji z innymi osobami, a takze dobrym sposobem na spedzenie wolnego czasu. Dlatego sukcesywnie, w ramach swoich dzialan od wielu lat promujemy wolontariat. W czerwcu zorganizowalismy kolejna edycje festiwalu filmików o wolontariacie „wolontariat - o tym sie movie!”, poprzez który mlodziez opowiada o swoich dzialaniach i zacheca do udzialu w akcjach spolecznych. Wydarzenie to ponownie zgromadzilo pelnych pasji i zaangazowania mlodych wolontariuszy. To dzieki ich kreatywnosci, energii i otwartosci festiwal nabiera wyjatkowego charakteru. Mlodziez aktywnie uczestniczyla w zajeciach, chetnie podejmowala wyzwania i swietnie sie bawila. To byl wartosciowy i radosny czas spedzony razem. W przyszlym roku planujemy kolejna edycje tego wydarzenia. Jednak abysmy skutecznie mogli promowac tego typu dzialania, potrzebujemy Waszego wsparcia.
