Youth services are fundamental to enriching the lives of young people in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. From supporting with employment, mental health, education and prevention of crime. This appeal will enable us to provide much needed support to the youth sector in order to keep it thriving. We are aiming to raise an additional 10,000 for our grants pot, in order to distribute these funds to the youth organisations which enable the development of young people into powerful adults.
There is currently a lack of funding for the youth sector in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham this has resulted in issues for young people around mental health, education, employability, healthy lifestyles and crime. By donating to the Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation grants pot, you will enable us to provide not only money but support to help youth services carry out the vital work they do with young people.
The project will provide funds for youth services delivering in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham to assist them in providing more services for the young people that they work with.
The creation of sustainable projects to support young people in the areas of mental health, employment, education, crime and healthy lifestyles in childhood.
