Most schools teach children to become an employee. But the global pandemic has disrupted economies and education around the world. There are 8.4 million fewer American jobs available than before the pandemic. Students have lost ground in reading and math over the last year, and many won't graduate. Now, so many young people will struggle and compete to find employment that pays a living wage because most have no idea what it takes to establish their own business.
With over 13 years of mentoring experience, we believe that with the right support, young individuals can truly unleash their creativity and launch thriving businesses! Our exciting 90-day online program pairs aspiring entrepreneurs with seasoned coaches who will guide them through essential skills like crafting a business plan, developing an elevator pitch, and establishing a business entity.
The RLF entrepreneurship program provides young people with a deep understanding of the business world, significantly expanding their employment opportunities. It equips them with the skills needed to run a business successfully, regardless of the economic climate. If they choose to start their own business early on, they can begin building wealth that will set them up for long-term success in life.
