We are in complex times, and with many new challenges, however the spirit of the foundation is to learn from the challenges and create innovative solutions to the needs of young people.
From FAJ we have been working on transferring the employability sessions to digital platforms, in order to have contact with the youth of our projects.
We also have exciting ideas, together with companies from the technology sector, we find ourselves designing virtual vocational tours that would allow young people to learn about the structure of a company, interact with collaborators and have interview simulations and hiring processes.
Despite the adversities, we want to continue generating more and better opportunities for Costa Rican youth, thanks to your support this is still possible.
